At Reluxe , we specialize in ensuring the authenticity of every luxury item we offer. Whether you're buying a Louis Vuitton Speedy , a Chanel flap bag or a pair of Dior earrings , you can be sure that the item is 100% genuine and verified by experts.

How do we verify authenticity?

We employ a multi-step authentication process that combines both manual assessment and advanced image analysis. All items undergo the following:

First-time inspection: We check labeling, serial numbers, stitching, hardware, and logo to ensure everything matches the brand's production.

Expert verification: We work with international authentication experts with many years of experience in the luxury industry. Several of them have previously worked for the luxury brands we sell.

We do not use image-based AI analysis: Since elements such as weight, scent, and the feel and texture of the material cannot be included in AI-based verification via images such as Entrupy, we do not use this form of verification.

Documentation: You always receive a certificate of authenticity issued by Reluxe with your item. If the item has an original certificate or receipt from the brand, this is of course also included.

We only accept genuine items

We never accept counterfeit goods . If a submitted item cannot be verified as genuine, we will reject it immediately – and will not offer resale. That is our guarantee to you as a customer.
