At Reluxe, we prioritize both your security and your shopping experience. To ensure maximum security, we have implemented multiple layers of technical and visual security throughout the entire purchase process – from when you visit the webshop to when you receive your luxury item.

1. Encrypted Webshop & Secure Payment

Our webshop is protected with SSL encryption , which ensures that all data you send remains private and protected.

We use secure and recognized payment gateways such as Stripe and MobilePay, which meet all data security and GDPR requirements.

2. Visual Security: Authenticity Sealing & Documentation

Each item is shipped with a Reluxe authenticity seal , which guarantees that the item has been verified and has not been used since the check. The seal is the tag attached to your item and must be intact upon receipt.

We include the Reluxe Certificate of Authenticity and purchase documentation when possible, so you have full transparency and documentation.

3. Digital Documentation

Each item is assigned an internal authenticity ID , which is linked to a digital logbook with information about checkpoints and assessments. This digital logbook is internal, but ensures that we can always document, track down and recognize our items or whether any manipulation, repair or other damage has been done to our sold items. You can therefore always contact us if, for example, you lose your certificate or are offered the purchase of an item that comes from us, in order to verify authenticity.

If manipulation or other irregularity is suspected, the item is immediately rejected and documented digitally.

4. Customer Information and Warnings against Fake Shops

We educate our customers on how to recognize copies and fake online stores – and we continuously update our security measures.

On our blog and social media, we share knowledge about how you as a consumer can shop safely.
