Interest- and fee-free partial payment

At Reluxe, we offer a flexible solution where you can buy your dream products with interest-free and fee-free installment payments for up to 60 days . This gives you the opportunity to get the luxury item you want, even if you don't have the full amount available right away.

Payment options

  • You can choose to pay in two different installment plans:
    • 20% partial payment : You pay 20% of the total price when ordering and pay the remaining 80% over the next 2 months as suits you best.
    • 50% partial payment : You pay 50% of the price when ordering and the rest of the amount is charged the following month.

The goods will be sent to you once full payment has been received.

Terms and conditions for partial payment:

  • Term : You have up to 60 days to pay the full amount for your item. If you pay the full amount earlier, we can ship the item immediately.
  • Payment when ordering : When ordering the item, a minimum of 20% of the item price must be paid as a partial payment.
  • Right of withdrawal : If you regret your purchase during the installment payment period, you will lose your previous installment payments including your payment for the order.
  • Partial payment expiration : If full payment is not made within 60 days, previously made partial payments will not be refunded and the purchase will be considered void.
  • Exchange of goods : If you wish to exchange the item, this will be considered a cancellation and your partial payments will not be refunded.
  • Partial payments are non-refundable : If you cancel your purchase or do not complete the payment, you cannot get your partial payments back.
  • Returns and exchanges : Items purchased with our installment plan cannot be returned or exchanged .

  • Please note that not all products are offered with the option of installment payment . We reserve the right to exclude certain products from the installment payment scheme.
