Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery
At Reluxe we offer free shipping in Denmark on all orders.
Delivery time is usually 1-4 business days , depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace number sent to the email address you provided when ordering, so you can easily follow your package.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase goods from Reluxe .
The cancellation period begins on the day you receive your item or if you break the seal on the item you received. The seal is the strip with the Reluxe tag that is on the item upon receipt. If you break the seal, your right of cancellation lapses.
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Contact us by email at info@reluxe.dk or use the contact form on our website. We will then send you information about the return address and instructions for returning the item.
Note : You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to :
- Goods purchased on installment plan
- Special offers
- Goods purchased at a discount or in connection with promotions (e.g. January offers)
Return
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will send you the return address to our workshop. You then have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible for the item until it is received at our address. We recommend that you use insured return shipping with tracking to ensure that the item reaches us without any problems.
Please note : We only accept packages sent directly to the specified return address.
Condition of the Product upon Return
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned unused and with the seal intact . The seal is the strip with the Reluxe tag that is on the item upon receipt. If the item was sold with original packaging , such as boxes , dust bags and certificate of authenticity, these must be returned with the item.
Depreciation : If the product has been used in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the product, depreciation may occur. This will mean that we will only refund a portion of the purchase price, based on the commercial value of the product. Lack of original packaging may also result in depreciation, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund
Once we have received your returned item and approved the return, we will refund the full purchase price , minus any depreciation that may have been noted. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the item .
The money will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Right of complaint
There is a right of complaint on all goods in accordance with the Danish Sales Act .
The right of complaint covers :
- Defects in the material and manufacturing of the product
- Defects arising from production or materials
Complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear or damage from use . Reluxe cannot be held responsible for defects resulting from incorrect use or normal wear and tear.
Complaints must be notified to Reluxe within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods – no later than one month after receipt. If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us at info@reluxe.dk and we will help you resolve the problem.
