Payment
At Reluxe, we offer several secure payment methods, including:
- Visa , Visa Dankort , Visa Electron
- Mastercard , Maestro
- Apple Pay
- Partial payment via our webshop.
The amount will only be charged to your card once the item has been shipped. If you choose partial payment , the item will be shipped once the full amount has been paid.
Freight
Reluxe offers free shipping in Denmark on all orders.
Delivery time is usually 1-6 business days depending on your location.
With all orders you will receive a track-and-trace number , which will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering, so you can easily follow your package.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased from Reluxe , in accordance with Danish consumer legislation .
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item or after you have broken the seal on the item. The seal is the strip with the Reluxe tag that is on the item upon receipt. If the seal is broken, the right of cancellation does not apply.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can contact us by email at info@reluxe.dk or use the contact form on our website. We will then send you further information about the return.
Note : The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods purchased with an installment plan, special offers, discounted goods or goods purchased as part of campaigns, such as January offers or similar.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. We will send you the return address to our warehouse as soon as we have received your message.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and we recommend that you choose insured return shipping with tracking , as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Return of Goods : We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address we provide you. Packages that are not sent to the correct address will not be accepted.
Condition of the Product upon Return
When you return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. unused and with intact seals . The seal is the tag attached to the item, which must be intact and unbroken when returned. If the item was sent with original packaging, such as boxes , dust bags and certificate of authenticity , please return these with the item.
Depreciation : If the item has been used in a way that is not necessary to establish its nature and function, we may withhold a portion of the purchase price corresponding to the loss in value of the item. This also applies if the original packaging is missing.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you return your item within 14 days and meet the conditions for returns, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, the amount you get back will be reduced according to the item's useful value .
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item. The refund will be made with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Right of complaint
You have the right to make a complaint on all products according to the Danish Sales Act .
The warranty only covers defects due to material or manufacturing defects . Wear and tear and general damage from use are not covered by the warranty. Defects on products must be reported to Reluxe within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods – no later than one month .
